This short survey asks how organisations are using generative AI and what controls sit around it. It takes around 7–9 minutes.

Participation is voluntary and optional questions may be skipped.

No sign-in is required. You can complete the survey without providing your name, email address or other contact details.

If you would like to hear from Censm or get involved in our research or founding pilot, you can optionally provide your contact details at the end.

Please do not include names or other information that identifies individual people, confidential client or case information, or details of specific incidents in your answers.

Your answers are saved as you go. Partial responses may be retained if you leave before completing the survey. Reopening the survey will start a new response.

We use survey responses for research and product planning, and limited technical information where necessary to operate and protect the survey.
